Chief Finance Officer (Part‑time) – East of England North

About the role
The position is a self‑employed, part‑time CFO role supporting ambitious private businesses across the East of England North region. You will work with owners, CEOs and MDs to provide strategic financial leadership while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide CFO/Finance Director services to private businesses with turnover between £2 M and £50 M.
- Support owners, CEOs and MDs in strategic decisions such as growth, acquisition, consolidation and lifestyle planning.
- Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering part‑time financial leadership and advice.
- Collaborate with the regional director and a network of CFOs to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
Required profile
- Qualified member of a UK chartered accounting institute (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director in mid‑size companies.
- Strong commercial finance and business‑strategy expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to develop long‑lasting client relationships.
