Children & Young People Support Lead

About the role
This permanent, hybrid position supports children and young people within an independent fostering agency. You will work closely with foster carers and partner professionals to promote positive outcomes for vulnerable youth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one support to children and young people.
- Monitor and update education, health, and care plans.
- Conduct regular visits, maintain accurate records and reports.
- Organise activities, events and participation groups.
- Collaborate with foster carers and external agencies.
- Support compliance and service quality standards.
Required profile
- Experience working with children and young people in fostering, social care, education or a similar setting.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
