About the role
This is a temporary Christmas Retail Associate role lasting until 26/12/2026, covering the busiest period of the year. The position requires a start time of 9:00 am and a commitment of 15 hours per week across weekdays. No leave can be authorised in December due to peak demand.
Key responsibilities
- Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Unload and display new stock deliveries.
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
- Set up and support promotional activities.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing role; fashion brand experience is a plus.
- Sales or retail sales experience preferred.
- Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
