Christmas Retail Associate (Seasonal)

About the role
This is a temporary Christmas Retail Associate role covering our stores during the busy peak Christmas period. The role is based in Solihull and may involve travel to other stores within your zone. You will work 9 hours per week, split across Tuesday and Friday, starting at 9:00 am.
Key responsibilities
- Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Put out deliveries of new stock.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Set up promotional activities.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting, fashion retail a plus.
- Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence.
- Own smartphone (Apple or Android) with the most up‑to‑date operating system.
