Christmas Retail Associate – Worthing (Seasonal)

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position supports DCK’s busy Christmas period in Worthing and surrounding stores. You will work 25 hours per week, starting at 9:00 am, with a shift pattern of five consecutive days each week. The role runs until 26/12/2026 and requires your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual guidelines.
• Unpack and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping and store cleanliness standards.
• Set up and support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing or retail environment (fashion brands a plus).
• Sales or retail sales experience preferred.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using retail apps.
