Claims Executive

About the role

We are seeking a field‑based Claims Executive to manage mid‑market client claims across multiple regions in the UK. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, broking teams, TPAs and insurers, ensuring claims are handled efficiently while providing data‑driven insights and risk‑management advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large client portfolios within the mid‑market segment, adhering to the Group’s Claims Operational Procedures and Acturis Best Practice Guide.
• Analyse client claims data to support defensibility, risk management and forecasting.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend preventative measures to clients.
• Organise and lead regular client claim review meetings, delivering up‑to‑date claims management information.
• Support Account Executives and broking teams at renewal, new‑business and prospect meetings as a technical reference.
• Produce timely claims reports for renewals and reviews, ensuring accuracy in the PAS system.
• Collaborate with broking and new‑business colleagues to enhance client retention and support new business wins.
• Escalate any complaints, conflicts of interest or errors & omissions in line with Group policy.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing experience within insurance or brokerage environments.
• Proven ability to analyse claims data and interpret trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to procedural compliance.
