About the role
Our client, a Lloyd's Syndicate, is seeking a Claims Operations Analyst to support the day‑to‑day running of its claims operations function. The role offers exposure to specialist insurance systems, regulatory reporting and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily claims operations and ensure efficient processing of claims activity.
- Maintain accurate claims data and complete operational processes.
- Assist with reporting requirements, including Lloyd's and regulatory reporting.
- Provide audit support and help uphold operational controls.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience in claims operations, claims handling or insurance operations.
- Good understanding of claims processes, preferably within the Lloyd's, London Market or specialty insurance environment.
- Awareness of Lloyd's regulatory, audit and reporting requirements is desirable.
