Cleaning Operative – Fixed Term – Watford

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cleaning Operative to join our Watford site on a fixed‑term basis. You will help keep the premises spotless, safe and welcoming for staff and visitors, working Monday‑Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors to a high standard.
• Dust surfaces, furniture and fixtures.
• Empty bins and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors.
• Restock bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap and paper towels.
• Order and maintain cleaning consumables for the site.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent cleaning standards.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with great attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to stay organised.
• Calm and focused under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or schedules.
