Client Experience Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a warm, organised and proactive Client Experience Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team in Poole. You will help create a seamless, caring experience for every client from the first phone call through every stage of their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Answer new enquiries by phone, act as a trusted advisor and guide clients to book and pay for their first appointment.
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet booked, building trust and converting interest into appointments.
• Welcome clients in‑person, manage appointments, payments, care plans and client records accurately.
• Re‑book cancelled or missed appointments and re‑engage clients who have fallen out of care.
• Handle client questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
• Keep the front‑desk, client areas and daily clinic operations organised and running smoothly.
• Follow established systems, SOPs and checklists to ensure no detail is missed.
• Support events, marketing initiatives and community spinal‑health checks.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and cover teammates when needed.

Required profile

• Warm, caring attitude with a genuine love for people.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Coachable and eager to learn clinic systems and processes.
• Flexible availability for a mix of AM and PM shifts, including 1‑2 Saturdays per month.
