Client Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to join a growing professional services organisation in Manchester City Centre. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high‑quality service and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned clients.
• Act as the main contact for enquiries, requests and service matters.
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and propose improvements.
• Manage high volumes of communication via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address areas for improvement.
• Support business development through referrals, cross‑selling and relationship expansion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, customer success or a client‑facing role.
• Strong ability to build credibility and trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ownership of outcomes and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
