Client Services Executive – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a Client Services Executive to join a fast‑growing professional services firm in central Manchester. The role is fully office‑based and focuses on delivering high‑quality support to clients across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email and other channels, providing exceptional service and handling enquiries.
• Accurately capture and record client information using case‑management software.
• Escalate new enquiries to the appropriate internal departments and log feedback promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all internal services and departments.
• Manage daily workloads, ensuring shared inboxes and tasks are cleared each day.
• Assess incoming enquiries and, where applicable, provide accurate quotes.
• Support other departments with opening and completion of checks.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet changing team and business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client‑facing or customer‑service role within professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data‑entry abilities.
• Solid academic background.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Proclaim or similar case‑management systems.
