Client Services Executive – Retail SaaS

About the role

The Client Services Executive will act as a trusted partner for leading UK retailers, helping them maximise the value of Retail247’s SaaS solutions. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers achieve their business objectives through our product information and stock management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with a portfolio of retail customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact and advisor, helping clients achieve business objectives using Retail247’s PIM and stock management platforms.
• Coordinate with product, delivery and support teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Monitor customer health, manage risks, issues and escalations, and prepare regular reports and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Communicate customer feedback and requirements to product and development teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services within a SaaS or technology‑focused business.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across product, delivery and support functions.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Product Information Management or stock management systems).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

• Salary range £33,000‑£40,000 per year, dependent on experience.
