Client Services Manager

About the role

Fertifa is seeking a Client Services Manager to own strategic enterprise accounts, ensure seamless integration of its reproductive‑health benefits platform, and drive long‑term partnership growth. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will act as the primary liaison for HR Directors and Benefit Managers across mid‑to‑large organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as senior point of contact and championing Fertifa’s value.
• Support renewal processes, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver quarterly business reviews that showcase ROI and clinical impact.
• Translate engagement data into strategic narratives and act as the voice of the customer for product and clinical teams.
• Oversee high‑level onboarding of complex clients and lead webinars that position Fertifa as a thought leader.
• Mentor colleagues and handle escalations in partnership with the Head of Client Services.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar relationship‑focused role, preferably in B2B SaaS or employee benefits.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior HR stakeholders, manage account health metrics and drive organic growth.
