Client Strategy & Partnerships Principal

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive client strategy and partnership development within our London office. The role sits at the intersection of advisory, commercial insight and health‑care transformation, turning early conversations into long‑term strategic programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop opportunities from initial interest to fully defined strategic needs.
• Engage senior client stakeholders, building trust and understanding their priorities.
• Shape and deliver insight‑driven advisory proposals, ensuring clear scope, fees and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross‑disciplinary internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑value outcomes.
• Lead the definition of advisory scopes, guide research, produce business cases and Strategic Estates Development Plans.
• Design compliant procurement routes and support clients through bid processes.
• Oversee delivery excellence, acting as escalation point and championing governance standards.

Required profile

• Significant senior‑level experience in strategy, advisory or partnership roles, preferably within health and care environments.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary programmes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for senior workshops and presentations.
