About the role

The professional medical membership body is seeking a Clinical Programmes Co‑ordinator to provide administrative support to three key committees. This maternity‑focused contract will involve working closely with senior staff to ensure smooth programme delivery within the UK healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to three committees, including scheduling, minute‑taking and document management.
• Maintain accurate records and correspondence related to clinical programmes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely information flow.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations and committee agendas.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and UK healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the UK healthcare environment.
• Recent experience in a fast‑moving, customer‑facing role, preferably within a similar organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
