CNC Mill‑Turn Programmer – Aerospace Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill‑Turn Programmer to join a growing aerospace manufacturer in the Birmingham area. You will work on high‑precision engine aftermarket components using advanced multi‑axis equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC mill‑turn machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and select appropriate tooling.
• Optimise machining processes for multi‑axis operations.
• Carry out quality inspections with precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain tight tolerances required for aerospace parts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC Mill‑Turn programming and operation.
• Confidence using Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Experience working to aerospace industry tolerances.
• Based in or near Birmingham/Kings Norton.
