About the role

Join a growing aerospace manufacturer as a CNC Mill‑Turn Programmer, working on high‑precision components for the aircraft engine aftermarket. You will operate advanced multi‑axis machining equipment in a site‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate CNC mill‑turn machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings and select appropriate tooling.
• Optimise machining processes for efficiency and quality.
• Carry out quality inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Ensure all components meet the tight tolerances required in aerospace.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC Mill‑Turn programming.
• Confidence using Fanuc controls.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑axis machining.
• Ability to work independently and produce high‑quality parts.
• Based in or near Birmingham/Kings Norton.
