Commercial Adjuster

About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Adjuster to manage a portfolio of commercial material‑damage and business‑interruption claims across the West Midlands. You will act as the nominated adjuster for key accounts, handling claims up to £100,000 in value.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and settle material‑damage and business‑interruption claims.
- Maintain a portfolio of commercial claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with clients, insurers and third‑party experts to gather necessary information.
- Prepare detailed loss reports and negotiate settlements.
- Ensure compliance with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Experience in commercial claims adjusting.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and UK claims procedures.
- Ability to manage claims up to £100,000.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Certification such as Cert CILA or Dip CILA is desirable but not essential.
