Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme – £33k‑£45k OTE

About the role

Join Pareto’s fast‑growing commercial team as a Graduate Associate. You will be based in Birmingham and work with a recognised tech brand that is expanding rapidly across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Pareto’s product offering to engage confidently with prospects.
• Contact inbound leads, build relationships and manage a personal sales territory.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision‑makers.
• Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product.
• Maintain regular client visits and handle contractual changes for existing accounts.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Valid driving licence and access to a car.
