About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing multi‑office financial services organisation, is expanding its Debt Advisory division and seeks a Debt Advisor / Commercial Finance Broker. This client‑facing position is ideal for a sales‑driven professional with strong financial acumen who can design and deliver funding solutions for business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business owners to understand their funding needs, challenges and growth plans.
• Source, structure and negotiate commercial finance solutions from an extensive panel of lenders.
• Manage the full advisory process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, introducers and lenders.
• Deliver outstanding service and ensure clients receive the best possible deal.
• Contribute to the growth of a high‑performing advisory team within a respected financial group.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial finance, debt advisory, business lending or a related B2B financial sales role.
• Confidence working with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Skill in structuring deals, presenting funding options and managing negotiations.
• Highly motivated, ambitious and target‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Professional, credible and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
