Commercial Property Solicitor – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our award‑winning team in Chichester. The role involves providing full‑service commercial property advice to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of Commercial Property Law.
• Establish and build strong client relationships.
• Take and action detailed instructions effectively.
• Work independently and within a supportive team environment.
• Manage interactions with the public, official bodies, and owner‑managed businesses with professionalism and confidence.
• Maintain high standards of work under pressure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• 1+ year PQE in Commercial Property Law.
• Strong knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook, and Outcome Focused Regulations.
• Excellent IT and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly absorb information from various sources.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
