About the role
Harvey John is seeking a Commercial Property and Licensing Solicitor to join its London office. The role focuses on the telecommunications sector, handling licences and leases for high‑profile clients.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft commercial licences and leases for telecoms infrastructure.
- Initiate and manage proceedings to secure mast installation rights across the UK.
- Support senior lawyers in site acquisition and licensing projects.
- Provide specialist advice on telecom‑related legal matters.
Required profile
- 1‑4 years post‑qualification experience as a Commercial Property Lawyer (associate level).
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating licences and leases.
- Interest in telecommunications law; prior telecoms experience is advantageous but not essential.
