Communication & Engagement Solutions Consultant

About the role

As a Communication & Engagement Solutions Consultant you will combine project management with strategic communication design to help organisations navigate change and improve employee behaviour. You will work closely with senior colleagues to create measurable, results‑based communication and change‑management programmes across a variety of employee experience touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior colleagues to design and deliver communication and change‑management strategies.
• Draft and produce print and digital communications that translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Develop insights and strategies related to employee experience and organisational change, assessing risks and impacts.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, liaising with internal teams, external providers and client contacts to ensure accurate data flow and timely delivery.
• Present deliverables at client meetings and help build trusted‑advisor status.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, including new tools and approaches around employee experience.

Required profile

• Experience in communications, preferably with pension or benefits messaging.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
• Ability to work independently with minimal senior supervision.
• Project‑management experience, including stakeholder coordination and deadline management.
• Analytical mindset to turn employee‑experience insights into measurable outcomes.
