Communications Manager – London

About the role

EMCOR UK is seeking a Communications Manager to lead the creation and delivery of internal and external communications across its UK operations. Based in London (or Birmingham), you will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape messaging that supports our facilities‑management services and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and manage internal and external communications in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Maintain and update content on the corporate website, email newsletters and social‑media channels.
• Support team members by writing, editing and providing feedback on communications and publications.
• Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed communication and account reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external communication departments to generate new ideas and respond to issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align communications with business objectives.

Required profile

• Self‑starter able to draft, iterate and deliver communications quickly.
• Technologically savvy and comfortable experimenting with new processes and systems.
• Strong judgment with excellent stakeholder‑management, networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrable experience in planning and managing communications within a high‑pace, customer‑centric environment.
