About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Registered Nurse to join the District Nursing Service in the Tweeddale locality. You will work in a community setting, delivering person‑centred care to patients in their own homes.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care and skilled interventions to a defined caseload of patients.
Support patients and their families in the community, ensuring safe and effective care delivery across neighbouring localities.

Required profile

Registered with the NMC as a qualified Nurse.
Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Full driving licence with flexibility to travel across neighbouring areas.

What we offer

Salary quoted for full‑time (36 hrs per week) and pro‑rated for part‑time appointments.
