Compliance Executive – Legal Services

About the role

Express Solicitors is seeking a proactive, detail‑driven Compliance Executive to join its busy personal injury practice. The role ensures the firm complies with UK legislation, SRA standards, data‑protection rules and internal policies while supporting lawyers and staff in risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular file reviews and in‑depth audits across all personnel.
• Analyse performance data and trends to identify risk areas and improve efficiency.
• Manage reporting and accountability for higher‑risk or complex cases.
• Provide guidance on case progression, internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and feed feedback to the Training team for targeted learning.

Required profile

• Experienced personal injury fee earner looking to move away from direct file handling.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple business teams.
