Compliance & Regulatory Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing beauty brand that is expanding across the UK, Europe and international markets. The Compliance & Regulatory Executive will support product launches, maintain regulatory standards and keep technical documentation audit‑ready, working across product development, supply chain, quality and regulatory affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance activities for a broad portfolio of cosmetic products.
• Review technical and regulatory documentation received from manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Support the collection, validation and maintenance of product compliance records.
• Assist with product notifications on UK, EU and US regulatory platforms.
• Review product artwork, labels and packaging for market compliance.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes across the product range.
• Maintain accurate Product Information Files (PIFs) for audit and inspection readiness.
• Liaise with manufacturers, testing laboratories and external partners to keep testing programmes on schedule.
• Track product testing activities including stability, compatibility, packaging and safety assessments.
• Ensure required certifications, reports and technical documents are received and stored appropriately.
• Support the technical sign‑off process for new product launches and reformulations.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and monitor supplier compliance documentation.
• Address compliance queries, corrective actions and contribute to investigations of quality concerns.

Required profile

• Experience in cosmetic product compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Familiarity with UK, EU and US cosmetic regulations and notification platforms.
• Ability to work closely with regulatory, product development and supply‑chain teams.
• Strong attention to detail and audit‑readiness mindset.
