Compliance & Risk Analyst

About the role

This fixed‑term position is based in London and focuses on compliance and risk management within a medium‑sized not‑for‑profit organisation. You will strengthen and simplify the risk management software set‑up, produce dashboards and reports, and support the quarterly reporting to senior leadership and governance groups.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and streamline the risk management software configuration.
• Create dashboards and analytical reports to monitor risk and assurance across the business.
• Improve data quality through guidance, monitoring, reporting and training for risk owners.
• Produce repeatable reports assessing compliance with the risk and assurance framework.
• Analyse trends, identify risk inter‑dependencies and support quarterly reporting to the Audit and Risk Committee.
• Coach and support risk owners and risk champions.

Required profile

• Sound knowledge of risk management principles.
• Experience administering, developing and training on risk management software tools.
• Ability to analyse complex data and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self‑starting, adaptable and initiative‑driven.

Required skills

• Riskonnect Active Risk Manager (preferred, not essential).
• General risk management software proficiency.
