Connect to Work Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Connect to Work Lead to manage a high‑quality supported employment service. You will guide a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring they deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred support that helps participants secure sustainable jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coach a team of Employment Specialists.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with IPS and SEQF best‑practice principles.
• Drive performance against employment outcomes, contractual targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships to access hidden labour‑market opportunities.
• Monitor service quality, produce performance reports and manage CRM data accurately.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, GDPR and information‑governance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, training providers and employers.
• Support budget monitoring and project reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Employment Specialists, Job Coaches or similar employability professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).
• Track record of meeting performance targets and KPIs.
• Experience in supervision, coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Excellent employer engagement and partnership‑building skills.
