Construction Project Manager – Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential projects—including loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments and new builds—across South West London and Surrey. You will own each site from hand‑over to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Run your own sites, taking full ownership of residential projects from start to finish.
• Plan and sequence trades, subcontractors and suppliers to keep sites running smoothly.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, supported by an in‑house project app.
• Track programme, cost and quality, managing risk in collaboration with the architecture team.
• Mentor newer project managers as the business expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager in a design‑and‑build, residential extension or loft conversion business.
• Hands‑on delivery of residential construction projects, managing subcontractors directly.
• Good working knowledge of building regulations and site health & safety requirements.
• Full UK driving licence for daily travel between sites.
• Self‑starter who remains calm under pressure and cares about client experience.
