About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment business in London. The role focuses on both temporary and permanent placements across the construction sector, covering trades, labour and white‑collar positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow your own recruitment desk, generating new business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with clients ranging from contractors to developers.
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement and follow‑up.
- Meet revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required profile
- Proven experience in construction recruitment, either in temporary or permanent markets.
- Track record of successful business development and client management.
- Ambitious, commercially minded and able to work autonomously.
