Construction Solicitor (3-6 PQE) – Tier 1 Law Firm, Global Work

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Construction Solicitor with 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience to join a leading Tier 1 international law firm’s construction and projects team in Birmingham. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to work on high‑profile, complex construction projects across the UK and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Provide non‑contentious legal advice on construction and infrastructure matters.
• Support high‑value projects in sectors such as clean energy, transport and large‑scale development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s global network on cross‑border assignments.
• Assist senior partners in delivering client‑focused solutions and contribute to business development.
• Participate in international travel, secondments and client meetings as required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3‑6 years PQE, preferably in construction or projects law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high‑stakes matters and work autonomously.
• Strong commercial awareness and ambition to progress to partnership.
• Willingness to engage in international work and occasional travel.
