Construction Solicitor (Non-Contentious) – £100k DOE

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Solicitor with at least 12 months post‑qualification experience to join our Birmingham team. The role is hybrid, with 50% of the time spent in the office, and offers a competitive salary of up to £100,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work on a broad portfolio of contentious and non‑contentious construction matters across sectors such as retail, housing, student accommodation, hospitality and regeneration.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors and contribute to the supervision of junior team members.
• Assist in the firm’s expansion plans and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 months PQE in construction law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities across a range of construction contracts.
• Experience handling construction disputes and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially minded with excellent organisational skills.
