Content Strategist

About the role

Sitecore is building a content strategy team to tell better customer stories. As a Content Strategist you will create clear, engaging content that supports product launches, marketing campaigns and other key initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customer‑focused content in formats such as blog posts, eBooks, web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, social media and event materials.
• Translate complex technology concepts into clear messaging that aligns with Sitecore’s brand voice and drives customer action.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Demand Generation and other cross‑functional teams to craft narratives for product launches and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Write concise ad copy for paid digital campaigns and ensure content is optimized for AI‑powered search, LLMs and traditional SEO.
• Manage projects independently using tools like Asana, balancing multiple priorities and delivering high‑quality work on schedule.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, communications or B2B technology marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities with a proven track record of adapting tone for diverse audiences and channels.
• Strong understanding of messaging, brand positioning and how content supports awareness, consideration and demand generation throughout the buyer journey.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and interest in AI‑driven content discovery and generative AI.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Asana.
• Experience using AI writing and productivity tools responsibly.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
