Content Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Content Support Executive to join our UK team and help shape the programming of our Partnership Retreats. You will research industry trends, identify compelling content themes, and work closely with internal teams to deliver engaging, market‑relevant events for allocators and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop two‑day retreat agendas through in‑depth research of trends, topics and potential speakers.
• Maintain a continuous pulse on fundraising themes, allocator interests and market developments to inform programming decisions.
• Incorporate attendee feedback to continuously improve retreat quality.
• Coordinate speaker outreach, scheduling and briefing, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with sales and partnership teams to integrate managers into retreat agendas.
• Maintain up‑to‑date agenda documents, speaker tracking sheets and timelines.
• Work with data and editorial teams to differentiate event content and ensure consistency with audience strategy.
• Produce briefing documents, debrief reports and LinkedIn posts summarising retreat outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and leverage relationships internally and externally.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Curious, energetic and enthusiastic about private‑markets and institutional investing.
