About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our Birmingham office. The role involves managing a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of our dispute resolution practice.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of contentious probate cases with significant client contact.
- Contribute to business development and the continued expansion of the practice.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Support the growth and reputation of the firm’s dispute resolution offering.
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet client needs.
Required profile
- Minimum of 8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in contentious probate.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Proactive, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
