Conveyancing Paralegal – Central London

About the role

Join a Legal 500‑ranked firm in Central London as a Conveyancing Paralegal. You will work within a busy conveyancing team handling residential property transactions and gain exposure to high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Prepare contract packs and related legal documentation.
• Carry out property searches and review title documents.
• Manage post‑completion matters, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Support fee earners through exchange and completion stages.

Required profile

• Previous experience in conveyancing or property law.
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong client‑care skills.
• Proactive, reliable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
