Conveyancing Paralegal – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy residential conveyancing team on a fully remote basis. You will support a range of residential transactions, helping clients buy, sell, remortgage or transfer equity in properties while developing your legal career.

Key responsibilities

• Open and manage conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Prepare and review legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage paperwork.
• Conduct property searches and gather necessary information for transactions.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties to ensure smooth progress.
• Provide administrative support throughout the conveyancing process, including updating case records and filing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and maintain attention to detail.
• Client‑focused approach and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems is advantageous.
