Conveyancing Team Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Team Manager to lead a new team of 12 professionals in Manchester. You will join a larger group of 70+ conveyancers and be responsible for shaping a high‑performing, client‑focused legal service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team comprising 2 supervisors and 9 fee earners.
• Manage a conveyancing caseload with confidence and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, holiday cover and tailored training for team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold exceptional service standards.
• Contribute to business growth through performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
