About the role

Join a respected independent insurance brokerage in London as a Corporate Broker. You will work closely with the leadership team, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and influencing the future direction of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial client relationships across multiple industries.
• Provide advice on a wide range of Property & Casualty risks.
• Handle renewals, new business submissions and mid‑term adjustments.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen existing relationships.
• Deliver high‑level technical and relationship‑focused service.
• Collaborate within a small, close‑knit team.

Required profile

• Solid experience in commercial insurance broking.
• Strong technical knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proactive, commercially minded and self‑sufficient.
• Enjoys building long‑term relationships with clients and insurer partners.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, small‑business environment.
