Corporate Insurance Producer – Midlands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Producer to originate and grow corporate insurance business across the Midlands. You will operate with high autonomy, building long‑term relationships with mid‑market and corporate clients while being backed by strong technical and broking teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new corporate insurance opportunities throughout the Midlands.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with mid‑market and corporate clients.
• Lead client conversations on complex insurance programmes.
• Collaborate closely with in‑house broking and placement teams.
• Retain and expand an existing portfolio of corporate insurance accounts.
• Represent the business within the regional insurance market.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Producer, Account Executive or Business Development lead in insurance.
• Strong experience in corporate or large commercial insurance.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Ability to win, structure and retain sizeable insurance accounts.
• Self‑sufficient, commercially sharp and comfortable working autonomously.
• Established network within the Midlands insurance market.
