Corporate Solicitor

About the role

K3 Law, a boutique corporate law firm within the K3 Advisory Group, is seeking a newly or recently qualified solicitor to join its Manchester team. You will work on mid‑market M&A transactions, supporting sellers, buyers and private‑equity clients across deal values of £2m‑£50m.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, sales and investment transactions.
• Conduct due‑diligence, draft and review commercial agreements, and advise on regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with the group’s corporate finance advisory businesses on both acquisition and divestment projects.
• Support senior partners in managing client relationships and transaction pipelines.
• Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least one seat in Corporate Law.
• Recently qualified (within the last 2 years) or newly qualified.
• Flexible approach, comfortable working a mix of office and home locations.
• Strong interest in mid‑market corporate transactions and private‑equity work.
