About the role

A leading chartered accountancy firm in Exeter is seeking a Corporate Tax Director to support its continued growth. You will join at a pivotal time, helping shape the future of the firm’s corporate tax service line while working with a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex corporate tax compliance and advisory projects for a wide range of clients.
• Lead the development and expansion of the corporate tax service offering.
• Develop and mentor the wider tax team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the growth of the tax department.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
• Experience at Associate Director or Corporate Tax Director level, with a strong corporate tax background.
• Career built in in‑house tax roles, an accountancy practice, or a mix of both.
• Motivation to progress within a growing chartered accountancy practice.
