Costs Draftsperson – Hybrid (Manchester)

About the role
Join a leading international law firm as a Costs Draftsperson, working primarily from home with occasional visits to the Manchester office. You will support high‑value, complex litigation matters by delivering accurate and strategic costs recovery.
Key responsibilities
- Draft Bills of Costs for high‑value, complex cases.
- Collaborate with fee earners to manage costs budgeting and recovery.
- Apply the Civil Procedure Rules, especially Parts 44 and 47, to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and review cost budgets and cost management documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience drafting Bills of Costs for complex, high‑value matters.
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, particularly Parts 44 and 47.
- Experience with costs budgeting and costs management processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with costs drafting software such as CostsMaster.
