Creative Food & Events Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Food & Events Manager to lead the design and delivery of memorable culinary experiences at our busy contract catering site on Liverpool Street. Working closely with chefs, suppliers and internal teams, you will blend food, design and storytelling to engage employees of high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the internal events calendar, creating themed food activations that inspire and delight.
• Design and install visual décor, pop‑up displays and seasonal takeovers, sourcing props and materials to transform spaces.
• Identify, negotiate and manage external pop‑up vendors, coordinating logistics for on‑site experiences.
• Support the delivery of both internal and client‑facing events, ensuring seamless execution of Vacherin‑led activations.
• Monitor performance through reporting and analysis, maintaining high standards of quality, creativity and presentation.
• Research emerging food trends, attend industry events and share insights with chefs to continuously evolve the offering.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with the General Manager to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Passion for food and a keen awareness of emerging trends.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with clients, suppliers and teams.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, hands‑on creative thinker who can bring ideas to life.
• Adaptable and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience in food & beverage is preferred but not essential.
