Creative Manager

About the role

K3 Advisory Group is seeking a Creative Manager to lead the design and creative studio within its Brand & Communications function. You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency, high‑quality visual output, and commercial effectiveness across the entire K3 portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design studio’s operating rhythm, keeping folders, briefs and workflows organised.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system and component library for all business units.
• Act as the first point of contact for new briefs, shaping requirements with stakeholders to ensure first‑time success.
• Oversee brief completion and asset approvals end‑to‑end, guaranteeing stakeholder confidence.
• Allocate projects and tasks, balancing capacity and priority to meet deadlines.
• Set and govern channel‑specific design best practices to maximise conversion.
• Optimise digital placements and customer journeys across devices.
• Research design trends, channel best practices and competitor creative to keep output fresh.
• Partner with brand managers, marketing heads and business leaders to craft multi‑channel campaign creative.
• Run creative A/B tests across email, social and display, using results to improve future work.

Required profile

• Proven people‑management experience within a creative or design environment.
• Strong design sensibility with a track record of delivering brand‑consistent visual assets.
• Ability to manage capacity, allocate resources and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with brand, performance and channel teams.
