Creative Producer & Traffic Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer & Traffic Manager to organise and accelerate creative production across our portfolio of beauty, personal care and lifestyle brands. You will manage briefs, workflows and capacity while also supporting copywriting for e‑commerce, social, CRM and trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Review and challenge incoming briefs, allocate work with the Head of Creative and maintain the production calendar in Monday.com.
• Track projects from brief to delivery, manage approvals, proofing and stakeholder alignment, and coordinate freelance or supplier support when needed.
• Write and adapt on‑brand copy for e‑commerce, CRM, social, paid media, packaging and trade, using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for research and localisation.
• Coordinate product and lifestyle shoots, manage external suppliers, and ensure omnichannel asset delivery in the correct formats.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in creative production, traffic or project management, preferably with hands‑on copywriting.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple projects across several brands.
• Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and challenge when necessary.
• Comfortable working under pressure and using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Monday.com or a similar project‑management platform.
• Experience using AI writing assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) for research, drafting and localisation.

What we offer

• Salary £32,000‑£38,000 per year.
• 30 days holiday plus 8 UK bank holidays, pension contributions (5% employee, 3% employer).
