Creative Programme Manager (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Programme Manager to provide temporary cover for a sick leave period. This full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) will be based in Redhill and focuses on delivering high‑quality creative education programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative programmes, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.
• Support, motivate and develop teaching staff to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
• Monitor student progress, achievement and attendance, implementing interventions where needed.
• Ensure programmes meet awarding‑body requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, development and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive student success and programme performance.

Required profile

• Full teaching qualification.
• BA (Hons) degree in a Creative subject.
• Previous management experience within further or higher education.
• Experience working with UAL (University of the Arts London) programmes and qualifications.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality education and positive student outcomes.
