Credit Administration Manager

About the role

City‑based International Bank is seeking an experienced Credit Administration Manager with strong expertise in Buy‑to‑Let residential and commercial lending as well as SME financing. The role requires solid background in credit risk, security documentation, security perfection and property due‑diligence requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review post‑completion files to ensure limits, interest rates, collateral and fees are correctly recorded and follow up on security‑perfection documentation.
• Oversee service‑level agreements for management and control processes, including limit input, interest‑rate changes and Islamic‑limit handling.
• Manage perfection and registration of security, repayment, discharge and release processes.
• Handle lease‑consent requests and respond to auditor requisitions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of credit administration experience with local banks, covering Buy‑to‑Let (residential & commercial) and SME lending, plus people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of documentation, security perfection, regulatory and property due‑diligence requirements.
• Proven experience in risk‑mitigation and control processes.
• Knowledge of Islamic lending is preferred; legal conveyancing knowledge is desirable.
