CRM Manager

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to rebuild and relaunch the CRM function for a fast‑growing DTC subscription brand. Working closely with the Head of Growth, you will own the CRM strategy across email, SMS and lifecycle communications, turning CRM into a core commercial growth channel.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the end‑to‑end CRM strategy, covering email, SMS and in‑app messaging.
• Re‑establish the CRM function from the ground up, bringing activities in‑house.
• Collaborate with growth, product and analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
• Develop segmentation, automation and testing frameworks to drive retention and revenue.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and optimise campaigns for measurable impact.

Required profile

• Proven CRM experience within a DTC subscription or ecommerce environment.
• Strong expertise in retention and lifecycle marketing.
• Track record of building or transforming CRM programmes.
• Commercial mindset with an analytical approach.
• Highly autonomous, proactive and comfortable owning both strategy and execution.

• Klaviyo (advanced proficiency)
